Bartender / Mixologist / Beverage Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and reliable Bartender to prepare and serve beverages that enhance our guests’ experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per recipes or customer requests.
  • Create new drink recipes and assist in developing seasonal beverage menus.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and glassware.
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and manage bar requisitions.
  • Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender, mixologist, or barista.
  • Strong knowledge of drink preparation, garnishing, and serving etiquete.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • Familiarity with bar equipment, POS systems, and cash handling.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred).
