Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data solutions that help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide insights into business performance and identify trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a BI Developer or Data Analyst role
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and querying
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Experience with data visualization and reporting techniques
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives
- Design and implement dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights
- Perform data modeling, create ETL processes, and ensure data integrity
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and business opportunities
- Provide training and support to teams on using BI tools and interpreting data
Must-Have:
- Expertise in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes
